Understanding of basic relay logic, basic electrical wiring, using a multimeter for circuit testing and practical applied experience
General ability to learn software and software driven hardware to make programming changes to recording devices as well as access control panels in the field via laptop computer, keypad or local programmer

Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to different work schedule, including on-call rotation for emergency after-hours service

Experience monitoring and managing user accounts for hardware, network, and related computer systems/peripheral devices.
Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, VOIP telephony programming, web domain and DNS record management, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft EntraID, FreshDesk.
Familiarity with service desk/help desk/ticketing software.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration with emphasis on computer-related courses.
Significant experience working with, troubleshooting, and coordinating projects with different departments outside of IT.
