High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of relevant manufacturing or mechanical experience
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of manual and automated machinery, including CNC lathes, millers, saws, grinding, and honing equipment.
Hands-on mechanical experience, including automotive repair, equipment maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting, professionally or personally.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, measuring devices, and precision instruments; ability to calibrate instruments as required.
Fundamental knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems as they relate to equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Proficient in basic mathematics needed for measurement, calibration, and equipment setup.
Ability to perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues that could lead to breakdowns or unsafe conditions.
