Possess operational skills for equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes, ensuring material handling efficiency and workplace safety.
Strong aptitude in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to accurately execute winding processes and electrical connections.
Familiarity with various hand tools and specialized equipment used in motor winding and electrical assembly.
Proficient in soldering and brazing techniques to make accurate and durable electrical connections.
Successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical examination, and drug screening is mandatory.
Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as operational needs dictate.
