5 + years of construction field leadership, supervision, or superintendent experience.
Demonstrated experience in multifamily construction projects.
Experience with either ground-up construction or occupied renovation or rehabilitation work.
Knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety, quality, field cost control and project controls.
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades in active field environments.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts and schedules.
Strong judgment, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar construction systems.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
The willingness to travel extensively and remain near assigned project sites for extended periods.
