Journeyman Electrician
1-3 years journeyman electrician experience required.
Journeyman electrician license required if applicable.
Completed electrician apprenticeship.
Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong working knowledge of low-voltage DC electrical systems, including -48VDC power plants, rectifiers, and battery backup equipment.
Familiarity with Cam-Lok connections and temporary/emergency generator hookup procedures.
Working knowledge of permanent and portable generator installation, ATS operation, and fuel systems on wireless/cell sites.
Comfort running and terminating conduit for power and signal routing in outdoor and tower-based environments.
Working knowledge of step-up and step-down transformers and comfort working with AC voltages up to 480VAC.
Familiarity with installing customer/landlord-owned sub-meters (E-Mon D-Mon).
High-level knowledge of construction drawings, one-line power diagrams, and documents.
Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and high-visibility vests when working on-site.
