High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Requires a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience or apartment maintenance experience
On call and weekend service experience.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets.
Candidate must have own transportation
Must possess a valid driver's license
Maintain current auto insurance.
Motor vehicle report review is part of the hiring process.
Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening.
