Full Time

Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Respond to emergency calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Provide emergency on-call services on a rotating basis with other maintenance staff.

Overtime may be required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years' relevant experience in apartment maintenance, multi community, hotel/motel, facilities management, construction or handyman.

Must possess a valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation

Current auto insurance coverage as this position may require some driving for company business.

Available to respond to after hours and/or weekend property maintenance emergencies.

Possess proficiency of the English language, including the ability to understand and communicate effectively with other employees, customers and vendors who only speak English as necessary to perform essential job duties.

Starting Pay: $19.25 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift 4 AM - 4 PM

May require working multiple shifts, overtime, or weekends based on business needs

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment

High school diploma or GED preferred

Prior manufacturing or industrial experience a plus, but not required
