Technical master's degree (i.e., MSEE, MSCS, MSSE, etc.)

Production product lifecycle management

4+ years' experience in temperature, humidity, shock and vibration testing and certification

1+ year experience leadership and direct participation in technical proposal development, cost estimation and manpower planning

Previous DOD engineering development experience

Requirements analysis and definition experience

EVM/CAM experience

2+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools

2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
