Base Compensation: USD 145,000.00 - 165,000.00Paid Salaried

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of quality experience

3+ years of quality leadership/management experience.

Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Experience with audits, corrective action, nonconformance management, and root-cause analysis.

Strong knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements

Strong understanding of inspection and measurement processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality/ERP systems

Preferably in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.

Government contracting experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred.

Experience working with aerospace customers and/or government contractors preferred.

Salary Range: $22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Experience with mechanical or electromechanical assembly.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments and assembly drawings.

3+ years of related experience.

Basic experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform assembly work throughout the day

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
