Bachelor of Science in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or a relative engineering discipline with experience in the manufacturing of aerospace manufactured components

Minimum 6 years or more of progressive experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, preferably with aerospace cylindrical steel components

Strong knowledge of the following machining processes: * Turning * Milling * OD/ID, Surface, and Jig Grinding

Familiarity with the following Gear machining processes: * Shaping * Hobbing * Broaching * Gear Grinding

Moderate knowledge of the following processes: * Heat Treatment, including carburizing, nitriding, and core hardening * Plating processes, such as cad plating, zinc-nickel plating, chrome plating * NDT: Magnetic particle inspection, Nital Etch Inspection, Hardness Testing. * Aerospace Painting processes

Strong knowledge of: * Machining properties for various aerospace steels, such as carbon steels, stainless steels, carburizing steels, nitriding steels, aluminum, etc.3D Modeling best practices and principles * GDT, Engineering Drawings Interpretation and creation * Fixture and Tool Design * Inspection methods, tools and best practices for relative hardware (Cylindrical, small to mid-size geared components) * Employment of various quality processes, such as 5 Why's and Fishbone diagrams, to perform Root Cause analysis and provide robust Corrective Action for low yield processes and/or non-conforming hardware

Minimum 6 years or more of progressive experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, preferably with aerospace cylindrical steel components

Degree in engineering or a related technical field, with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and testing hardware in a manufacturing or integration environment

Familiar with general assembly and test procedures, including tolerance stack-up analysis, structural proof testing, and pressurized leak checks

Proficient in GD&T;, CAD, and basic design or test analysis, with experience in at least two of the following: LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds

Experience supporting new aerospace product introduction or transitioning hardware from prototype to production, especially in a high-rate or scaling environment

Experience directly authoring and executing test procedures, including acting as a test conductor for integrated system verification

Familiarity with hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or test execution involving pressurized or high-risk environments

Experience in a fast-paced and lean environment, including direct vendor engagement, tool development, or leading a small team through an ambiguous build or test effort

A Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT), computer science / data science, a related field, or equivalent relevant IT industry experience.

At least 8 years of IT experience, including 5 or more years leading teams, managing resources and vendors, supporting technology delivery, and delivering multiple large-scale projects, platforms, or products.

Must have in-depth knowledge of security, privacy, PII, SOX, governance, risk management, and audit practices.

Demonstrated experience with application modernization, solution design, architecture governance, code and design reviews, estimation, planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, and Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Should have prior demonstrable industry experience in both cloud environment, e.g. - AWS, Azure etc and on premise.

Proficiency with common productivity and diagramming tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Experience with enterprise B2B web environments, architecture artifacts such as context and data-flow diagrams, capability and technology roadmaps, and Architecture Review Boards is preferred.

Prior automotive industry experience.
