Master's/Doctorate in a Therapeutic area of practice (PT, OT, or SLP)
DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.
An active state license or the ability to obtain one
5+ years of direct patient care experience as a Therapist
2+ years of Leadership experience as a Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy required
Inpatient experience required (acute care, skilled nursing, etc)
