This is a second-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.

2+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting production hardware

Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)

Ability to collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to address inspection findings and quality issues.

Demonstrated ability to perform thorough inspections and ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Clear and effective communicator, capable of interfacing with inspectors, engineers, production personnel, and quality stakeholders

Hands-on experience with MRB processes, including identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming hardware, along with the ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 25 lbs

Prior experience inspecting COPVs and/or avionics hardware, including electrical connectors, harnesses, and integrated assemblies

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead projects, or influence quality improvement efforts without formal authority

Highly organized and capable of bringing structure to ambiguous or previously undefined environments

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P;) certification

2nd shift

One (1) or more years of work experience in quality

AS9100D with ISO 9001: 2015

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, pull and push with hands and arms, reach overhead, and talk or hear

Steady work pace required due to production requirements

Able to lift to 25 pounds

Moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.

Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.

Familiarity with blueprints and schematics

Computer literal with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

High School Diploma/GED

AS910D with ISO 9001: 2015

Trade or vocational school within manufacturing industry a plus

Estimated hourly pay: $34.94 - $51.24
