At least five years of relevant logistics, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience managing international inbound and outbound shipments.
Direct experience managing international 3PL relationships and performance.
Working knowledge of customs clearance, import/export documentation, duties, tariffs, Harmonized System/HTS classifications, and Incoterms.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriers.
Proficiency with inventory management, ERP or warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to participate directly in warehouse and material-handling activities.
Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout warehouse and shipping areas.
Lift, carry, and move cartons, products, and materials weighing up to **30 pounds** , using appropriate assistance or equipment when needed.
Safely use carts, pallet jacks, and other authorized material-handling equipment following required training.
