The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $145000 a year.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum two (2) years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, operations and/or a combination within those functions.

OR

Associate degree from an accredited institution and 3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain from an accredited institution

Two (2) + years of procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment

Two (2) + years' experience with SAP MRP/ERP system preferred

Two (2)+ years' experience working in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment

Hourly Range: $20-$28/hr

Salary Range: $39,000.00-$52,000.000

High School diploma or equivalent (GED), preferred.

Training will be provided, must be flexible and willing

Must have basic computer skills to make daily data entries for labor hours.

Must be able to apply common sense to read, understand and interpret written test procedures to perform, operate test equipment and conduct visual inspections.

Must have good eye-hand coordination/dexterity to assemble small parts (plug relays into equipment for testing).

Must be able to work with small parts, work well with a microscope and be able to use hand tools (tweezers, pin vise) and equipment as instructed.

Must have good oral and written communications skills to keep Lead/Supervisor informed of progress or issues, and for documentation.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
