2+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting production hardware
Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)
Ability to collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to address inspection findings and quality issues.
Demonstrated ability to perform thorough inspections and ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Clear and effective communicator, capable of interfacing with inspectors, engineers, production personnel, and quality stakeholders
Hands-on experience with MRB processes, including identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming hardware, along with the ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 25 lbs
