High school diploma or equivalent
Basic soldering experience
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment
Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ES D procedures
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift upto30lbsoccasionally
Ability to work with adhesives, epoxy, solder, and production machinery
Ability to use fine motor skills when working with small parts and components
Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures
Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes
Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling
Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools
Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately
Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns
Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols
Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required
