Availability to work 2nd shift, on-site Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-1am with some additional flexibility is required
Minimum 5 years' progressive leadership experience in retail, distribution/warehousing, or supply chain operations, including direct oversight of supervisors or frontline leaders.
Proven track record of setting and managing facility-level KPIs, using data to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions across multiple functional areas.
Demonstrated history of delivering measurable business impact — e.g., reduced operating costs, improved productivity, quality, or service metrics — with results directly tied to organizational or facility goals.
Experience building a culture of accountability, translating enterprise vision and strategic goals into measurable team and individual performance expectations.
Demonstrated success leading, developing, and coaching supervisors and frontline leaders, including performance management and succession planning.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WMS, and other distribution center reporting and analytics tools.
