Robust data analytical and project management skills
Ability to craft and develop procurement strategies and material acquisition plans
Strong presentation and organizational skills to coordinate materials / hardware requirements with multiple departments.
Advanced to expert computer skills are required (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly advanced use of MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookups)
Must have experience with automated ERP / MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and understand the overall SCMM (Supply Chain / Materiel Management) role in the MRP process
Understanding and experience of Earned Value Management specifically Cost Account Management (CAM) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly aerospace
Familiarity with aerospace rocket engine program materials and manufacturing processes
General knowledge of supply chain / procurement procedures, writing and audit methods
General knowledge of Line of Balance
Familiarity with generating compliant government proposals
