Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a precision machining environment.
Experience supporting 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining.
Strong understanding of metallic materials and machining processes.
Experience writing detailed manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.;
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with CAD/CAM software.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision industries.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
