AS degree in Technical displine (or equivalent education) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality.
Must have experience with electronics.
Must understand and be able to apply basic inspection and testing techniques.
Must posses basic level of understanding in quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics.
Must have basic understanding of quality management systems and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international regulatory standards or requirements.
Must have basic knowledge of quality concepts and methods such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, CAPA, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.
Must have basic knowledge of basic statistical concepts (FPY, rate, %, average, std deviation, etc.).
Must be able to make decisions using risk-based thinking and data driven analytical thinking.
Able to interpret engineering drawings, test procedures, work orders, BOMs, written procedures, international standards, etc.
Must have strong knowledge of GD&T.;
Must be able to analyze, interpret, and report on data in Microsoft Excel.
Must be comfortable with hands-on work.
Must be able to stand and move parts physically.
Must maintain 5S in work areas and follow all safety rules.
Must be flexible to travel (both domestically and internationally) and work overtime as required.
Strong teamwork with outward attitude of support towards members of the department and the company.
