Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related manufacturing engineering experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing engineering experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related manufacturing engineering experience
Must be able to understand and provide oversight of the Pre-Clean, Fine Clean, and Plating operations
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Electronic Process Instructions (EPI)
Ability to perform weekly sampling of tank solutions and submit samples to the lab for testing
Maintain accurate air quality documentation as required by company and state requirements
Ability to initiate cause and corrective action investigations
Ability to work with Integrated Product Team members to develop cost estimates and program schedules
Experience applying statistical process control techniques to manage tank chemistries
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of Clean Processing and/or Electroplating (preferred but stated as knowledge, not necessarily must-have; included here as explicit requirement due to context)
