Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

7-10 years project management experience in commercial construction

5+ years specific experience in financial services/retail banking projects

Proven track record managing projects $1M-$25M+ in value

Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure such as security systems, IT rooms, ATMs, vaults, etc.

Experience with building systems such as HVAC and Building monitoring, Fire Protection and monitoring, etc.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (ADA, National Codes, FED regulations on banking institutions)

Experience with local authorities having jurisdiction including zoning authorities

Journeyman Electrician

Extensive residential retrofit experience required

Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades

Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes

Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Valid driver's license

Journeyman/Licensed electrician in Burbank, California and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications considered

Starting salary range for position: $86,240 - $129,360

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Education equivalent to associate's degree or completed certification in production maintenance required.

Three (3) years of previous experience in equipment and electrical maintenance in corrugated manufacturing.

Working knowledge of maintenance of corrugated and packaging equipment and electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance scheduling software.

Able to work flexible hours as needed.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience with manufacturing safety practices and understanding of environmental issues preferred.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
