Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach and crawl and possibly sit for virtually the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others
Must be able to work in a dusty, greasy environment, with moderate noise and cold and hot temperature ranges
Must be able to follow all required work safe practices
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to maintain CDL Class A/B license within 12 months of hire
Minimum 2–3 years of experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment
Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have experience with manipulation of tools, equipment and truck components
Must be computer literate and have experience with engine, ABS, transmission, etc., as well as diagnostic equipment and software
High school diploma or GED preferred
Refrigeration license preferred
Experience with refrigeration preferred
