Job Schedule: 9/80 Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related quality experience

Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of prior related quality experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related quality experience

Valid driver's license; employees who drive on company business to carry out job-related duties must possess a valid driver's license for the class of vehicle driven and meet automobile insurability requirements of the company

Starting salary range for position: $86,240 - $129,360

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
