Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
Printed Circuit Board Design or Fabrication experience
Experience leading a team on a technical development effort or technical production support
Understanding of the engineering processes and tools used in PCB layout and/or components engineering
Experience with CCA design, fabrication, and/or test and verification
Experienced with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes used for hardware designs
Experience with generating and/or reviewing cost estimates/basis of estimates (BOEs)
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
Must be willing and able to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team
Must be able to work full-time onsite
