Master's or Doctorate in a therapeutic discipline (PT, OT, or SLP)
Active state license or ability to obtain one
5+ years of direct patient care experience as a therapist
2+years of leadership experience in an inpatient setting
Leadership experience required, such as Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
