Education equivalent to associate's degree or completed certification in production maintenance required
Three (3) years of previous experience in equipment and electrical maintenance in corrugated manufacturing
Working knowledge of maintenance of corrugated and packaging equipment and electrical and mechanical maintenance
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently
Effective communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals throughout the company on departmental procedures, policies, practices, and requests for information
Previous work experience as a member of a team, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing between team members
Able to work flexible hours as needed
