Starting salary range for position: $86,240 - $129,360

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years' of corrugated manufacturing experience.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Some college or manufacturing training.

Previous supervisory experience with training, teambuilding, performance development, and conflict resolution.

$55,700 - $90,000

This is a full-time position on Third Shift. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

3+ years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory and Delivery, Operations experience in a warehouse environment

3+ years of experience in a strong leadership role, presenting to regional leadership teams, local leadership teams, and supervising front line employees

3+ years of experience of inventory and financial cost management systems: SAP or similar system capability.

3+ years' experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
