High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including complex 5-axis machining operations.
Experience operating CNC turning and milling equipment, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T; requirements.
Experience inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Strong understanding of machine setup, machine controls, feeds, speeds, tooling selection, and machining processes.
Experience machining stainless steel and other industrial materials.
Ability to perform machine shop math and calculations.
