Requires a High School Diploma/GED or combination of relevant education and work experience may be substituted to meet educational requirements only.

Requires 1-2+ years of relevant experience in composite manufacturing or repair experience.

Proficiency in operating electrical lab test equipment.

Possesses excellent hand skills with the ability to use production tools such as: power drills, pneumatic sanders, surface grinders, angle grinders, pencil grinders, and basic hand tools.

Employment is contingent upon the applicant being a "U.S. person" as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15), which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees, as required by U.S. export control laws.

2nd shift

Familiarity with blueprints and schematics

Computer literal with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good arithmetic to perform basic computations

High School Diploma/GED

One (1) or more years of work experience in quality

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, pull and push with hands and arms, reach overhead, and talk or hear

Able to lift to 25 pounds

Moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.

Trade or vocational school within manufacturing industry a plus

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $165,500.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $206,000.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Ph.D. and 1 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering

Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Ph.D. and 4 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering

Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by business needs.

Must have scripting experience with tools such as MATLAB, Python, C++, Java, or experience conducting software-based trade studies.

Must have experience with simulation framework tools such as AFSIM, Suppressor, or STK.

Must have experience with modeling operational environments, conducting operations analysis, and mission effectiveness trade study analyses.

A current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance with current or previous Special Program Access (SAP)/SCI.

$30 - $39 per hour.

A minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience in a shop environment turning/milling carbon steels and aluminum including machining set-up, tooling design, and machine operation.

Strong knowledge of tooling, inspection, and fixturing of low quantity precision parts.

Must have mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, along with ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints, 3D models, and knowledgeable in GD&T.;

Applicant must be able to walk, stand, climb, lift up and/or move up to 50 pounds, see, hear and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

US citizen or a legally authorized foreign worker to work in ITAR environment.

Read and speak English fluently.
