Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws as evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season for compensation, using commercial tax preparation software
Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year required, in a tax practice or retail setting, for compensation
General knowledge/understanding of bookkeeping required. Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is highly desired and/or willingness to upskill and become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Experience preparing Business Tax returns and providing year-round tax prep guidance for small businesses in particular is highly desired
Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Familiarity with Circular 230
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand
Must reside within the United States
Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
