B.S. Degree in Engineering
7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment
2 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a related manufacturing environment with Composite fabrications experience
Demonstrated expertise in implementation of lean principles and improvements.
Strong project leadership experience managing productivity pipelines to illustrate and improve overall plant efficiency.
Proficient with computerized manufacturing and business software.
Capable of developing and managing departmental budgets.
Possess strong background in manufacturing processes and specifications.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Work around equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Walk on uneven ground.
Be exposed to excessive noise, dust, gases, fumes, and chemicals commonly associated with manufacturing processes (e.g., paint, solvents, coatings, and fiberglass).
Be exposed to extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness, particularly on the manufacturing floor.
Use special visual or auditory protective equipment as required.
Use safety glasses and wear safety shoes as required.
