At least 2 years experience in health care, preferably in care management, or experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Clinical licensure and/or certification required ONLY if required by state contract, regulation or state board licensing mandates.

Valid and unrestricted driver's license

Reliable transportation

Adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements, unless otherwise required by law.

Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.

Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.

In some states, a bachelor's degree in a health care related field may be required (dependent upon state/contractual requirements).

Estimated Salary: 99,000-138,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and business experience).

5+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, process improvement, change management, and technology implementation initiatives.

Proven expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Able to work at our office located in Omaha, Nebraska in a hybrid environment. (Local Candidates only)

Diverse knowledge of financial services including insurance and bank products, the insurance and banking industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices. Deep knowledge within several financial services disciplines with ability to quickly learn, function and deliver within all relevant knowledge areas.

Certified in Agile Scrum or SAFe.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

The salary* range for this specific position is $179,503 to $307,732.

3 years of clinical experience post residency. Preferably in inpatient post-acute care

Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehab is preferred.
