Ability to work off shift hours in support of plant initiatives.

Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain machinery effectively

Possess basic arithmetic and computer skills

Comfortable using hand tooling and basic measuring equipment, tolerances are key

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (i.e., ability to wear required PPE, work in a dusty, hot, non-climate-controlled environment; with stairs, frequent walking, standing and occasional lifting of material).

Ability to work off shift hours in support of plant initiatives.

Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment

Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in core production roles within 90 days of hire.

Knowledge of G-Code (May be required based on position)

High school diploma or GED (Required)

Minimum of 1 year machine operating experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

CalOSHA 10 (preferred)

OSHA Forklift Certification (preferred)

CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred)

Starting Rate - $26.25/hr.

The WEHO Parking Enforcement Office is a 24/7 operation, and therefore schedules may change based on the needs of the operation.

Flexibility in schedule to work holidays if scheduled and for mandatory special events.

Previous bike patrol experience is required.

Valid CA driver license for 2+ years is required.

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Must have minimum of 6 months of work experience in a related field and/or customer service.

Ability to learn, comprehend, and retain knowledge of policies and guidelines related to the California Vehicle Code and West Hollywood Municipal Code.

Must be computer literate to enter data accurately into handheld device.

Candidate must be able to bike and walk for long periods of time in a variety of weather conditions and be able to enter and exit out of a vehicle frequently.

Familiar with bicycle safety on the road during the day and at night.

Must be able to report to work on-time for assigned shifts.

MUST possess Valid Driver's License

Ability to constantly stand, walk and move about on foot for sustained periods of time (throughout entire shift).

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects of at least 30 pounds in weight.

Ability to work in the elements- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Ability to apply pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.

Ability to ride an electric bicycle.

Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrists and arms.

Ability to express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc. by means of the spoken word.

Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make the discriminations sound.

Experience operating a company vehicle and/or bicycle, a plus.

Traffic control experience

Knowledge of radio calls (10-codes and NATO alphabet)

Familiarity with City of West Hollywood streets and boundaries.

Experience using an e-bicycle.
