2-3+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, litigation assistant, or similar legal support experience

Strong knowledge of legal document preparation, proofreading, calendaring, and deadline management

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Must be able to work fully onsite in Pasadena

Litigation, arbitration, labor and employment, union, or regulatory experience strongly preferred

Experience with electronic court or agency filings preferred

LexisNexis or Bloomberg BNA experience is a plus

$49,970 - $77,500 yearly

Compensation based on experience
