Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain purchasing or procurement.
Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts related to purchasing, logistics, incoming inspection, inventory control, BOM management, and item master setup.
Proven experience selecting and managing suppliers for new and existing products.
Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience implementing supplier agreements, inventory programs, lead-time reduction initiatives, and long-term agreements.
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Must be a U.S. Person as Antcom is an ITAR-registered facility.
