Bachelor of Science in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or a relative engineering discipline with experience in the manufacturing of aerospace manufactured components

Minimum 6 years or more of progressive experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, preferably with aerospace cylindrical steel components

Strong knowledge of the following machining processes: * Turning * Milling * OD/ID, Surface, and Jig Grinding

Familiarity with the following Gear machining processes: * Shaping * Hobbing * Broaching * Gear Grinding

Moderate knowledge of the following processes: * Heat Treatment, including carburizing, nitriding, and core hardening * Plating processes, such as cad plating, zinc-nickel plating, chrome plating * NDT: Magnetic particle inspection, Nital Etch Inspection, Hardness Testing. * Aerospace Painting processes

Strong knowledge of: * Machining properties for various aerospace steels, such as carbon steels, stainless steels, carburizing steels, nitriding steels, aluminum, etc.3D Modeling best practices and principles * GDT, Engineering Drawings Interpretation and creation * Fixture and Tool Design * Inspection methods, tools and best practices for relative hardware (Cylindrical, small to mid-size geared components) * Employment of various quality processes, such as 5 Why's and Fishbone diagrams, to perform Root Cause analysis and provide robust Corrective Action for low yield processes and/or non-conforming hardware

Senior: 5+ years related experience

Hands-on history supporting complex assembly builds, including making risk calls to disposition issues and keep production moving

Strong fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, process improvement and factory design, fastening and joining, and machining

Working knowledge of drilling and trim ops, tooling, inspection methods, and GD&T;

Direct experience with drill, trim, and fastening operations on aerospace products

New product introduction of an aerospace hardware system into manufacturing, test, and production, with proven success

Project management experience in a fast-paced environment

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.

3+ years of experience in software engineering, including enterprise-class microservices, REST APIs, React JS, API Security and web applications
