Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, program management, or manufacturing.

Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.

Experience in predictive or proactive measures and metrics assessments for process improvement or problem mitigation.

Experience aiding external and internal quality system or product/process audits.

Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Prior experience in the aerospace or defense industry.

Experience collaborating with program team members to develop practical solutions to complex problems.

Experience maintaining relationships with program management, suppliers, customers, and government representatives.

Working knowledge of industry and government mission assurance requirements and standards.

Airframes and Powerplant License.

ASQ Quality Certification.

Mission Assurance Certification Quality Level 5 or higher.

Knowledge of environmental laboratory control practices.

Experience with Raytheon RCAS or a proven closed-loop corrective action system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
