$80,000 - $100,000 annual base (based on experience and qualifications)

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.

Understanding and hands-on experience with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems such as SAGE or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The employee in the position will be required to occasionally move throughout the facilities, including climbing stairs, when necessary.

Occasional bending and reaching in an office environment, including opening and closing file cabinets drawers with light grasping.

Type on a standard keyboard (laptop or desktop).

Pay Compensation Range for this Exempt: $80,000-$115,000.00

The position also requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Additionally, it requires the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Also, ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form is necessary.

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chanin, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent years of directly related experience.

5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain.

Experience supporting contract reviews and supplier performance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in Excel.

Knowledge reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Familiar with DAR/FAR and TINA government requirements.

This position requires either U.S persons (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non [1] U.S person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization(s).

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR-LN preferred).

This is a second-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. PT.

The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.

5+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting production hardware

Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)

Hands-on experience with MRB processes, including identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming hardware, along with the ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 25 lbs

Prior experience inspecting COPVs and/or avionics hardware, including electrical connectors, harnesses, and integrated assemblies

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P;) certification
