Requires related four (4) year college degree or six (6) years plus equivalent combination of experience and education.
Six (6) plus years' Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industry.
Proficient in interpreting complex engineering, tool and equipment drawings.
Solid understanding of metallurgical properties of metals used in aerospace.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes, e.g., assembly, welding, machining, forming, cleaning and inspection including NDT.
Experience working with aerospace materials, e.g., stainless, nickel, titanium, aluminum, tool steels
Experience planning/managing capital expenditures
Lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
Sit, stand, and walk frequently.
Bend, stoop, squat, reach occasionally
Frequent use and motion of hands and arms, including gripping and grasping
Operate computers and equipment frequently.
