Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana state

CPR and first aid certification required

PRN

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability).

Respiratory Therapist-Registered

Required - Associate's Degree

Required - Current License as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice

Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

Very Heavy Work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Heavy Work. (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license (required for submission).

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

$82,048 - $123,072 annual total cash target pay

$47.34 - $71.00 per visit point

$39.45 - $59.17 hourly rate

You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation.
