AA degree from an accredited vocational technical or junior college
EPA certification required
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in construction HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related industry
Must have chiller experience.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical control systems is required
Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and piping of refrigeration equipment.
Knowledge of computer-controlled systems.
Ability to read and understand refrigeration, electrical and plumbing blueprints.
Ability to pump down all refrigeration systems and reclaim refrigerant from all types of systems.
Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
Need to work at heights from ladders and/or Scissor lifts.
Employees are regularly required to walk and stand for long periods, hear, drive, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, use hands and fingers, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Pre-employment background screening (criminal and MVR for driving positions) and drug testing are required for all positions.
