At least 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics engineering
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar enterprise BI platforms
Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, data modeling, semantic models, and KPI development
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise dashboards, reporting solutions, and decision-support capabilities
Experience working directly with business and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analytics initiatives from requirements through implementation and adoption
Advanced Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization, and dashboard development
Strong SQL and analytical data-modeling skills
Experience establishing KPI definitions, reporting standards, and reusable analytics models
Experience implementing self-service analytics capabilities
Familiarity with Azure data and analytics technologies
Experience working with large, complex enterprise datasets and multiple operational systems
Experience supporting operational performance management, forecasting, and executive reporting
