B.S. degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as engineering or technology
Deep knowledge of various machining processes, equipment, tooling, and materials
Proficiency in using Siemens NX software for design and programming of machining operations
Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection requirements, and relevant industry standards
Able to plan manufacturing production schedules in accordance with production timeline
Leading the creation of ROMs, BOE and quoting
Proficiency of MS Office Suite products (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with Capital Project management and implementation of new equipment and/or factory setup
Experience in programming of CNC machinery sufficient to address programming issues and concerns that may occur on the weekend shift.
Ability to provide immediate hands-on support for technical issues on the shop floor to maintain production schedules and minimize downtime.
