Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week

All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements.

Minimum 2 years of direct maintenance experience, commercial or industrial maintenance-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English.

Basic computer and handheld technology skills, including the ability to use maintenance systems to document work.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Frequently lift/move up to 10lbs.

Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Experience working with conveyors, sorters, automated warehouse systems, or other material handling equipment.

Experience performing basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or facility maintenance tasks.

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and parts documentation.
