3+ experience in a manufacturing setting with extensive project management and continuous improvement experience
Strong attention to detail and proven history of completing projects on time
Ability to work with a variety of roles in the organization, including manufacturing floor employees and senior leadership
Knowledge of and ability to facilitate lean manufacturing processes activities on: 5S, Standard Work, TFM, A3, 8D, 5 Whys, TPM, Project Management, Kanban, VSM, Poke Yoke
Understanding of various elements of a QMS (Quality Management System), Customer complaint system, Gage control, SPC, Gage R&R; and process capability studies
Ability to travel between manufacturing sites and suppliers as required
