Proven experience managing MEP scopes on complex construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Strong background in construction and MEP engineering, with the ability to oversee technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems.
Demonstrated understanding of early turnover dates, hand-offs to third-party commissioning agents, and the overall commissioning process.
Hands-on experience with mission critical and data center projects, including critical systems and infrastructure.
Experience working with data center critical work and Methods of Procedures (MOPs) processes.
Ability to communicate effectively and proactively, with a strong focus on building and maintaining team and customer relationships.
Capability to coordinate BIM activities related to MEP systems to support design and construction efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Experience working within a strong team structure and support environment.
Background in mission critical operations and data center environments.
Experience collaborating with third-party commissioning agents and trade partners.
Proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients, field teams, and subcontractors.
