A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, data science, or a related field is required.

A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience is required.

Must have experience in computer vision and machine learning, with a strong focus on deep generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, diffusion models).

Must have experience in signal processing with demonstrated knowledge and application of signal processing techniques.

Travel (30-40%) domestic and international is required.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.

Starting salary range for position: $86,400-$108,000.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required

Applicants must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a process engineering or paper manufacturing operations industry

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Auto Cad and Project

Ability to develop and train on processes and systems being put into place

Successful candidates should have knowledge of pulp & paper making, waste-water treatment and recovery operations.

Interest/aptitude in controls.

Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems would be preferred

Some project management experience preferred

At least seven (7) years of previous engineering experience lending to strong demonstratable knowledge of engineering principles and procedures preferred
