Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

The starting rate for this position in Virginia (US-VA) is $33.76 per hour.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must also meet one (1) of the following training/experience requirements**: * * Must have successfully completed a Machining Diploma or an equivalent program from a recognized trade school or community college (minimum 2-year accredited program) by July 2026. * * Must have successfully graduated (or currently enrolled) in the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) Machining program. * * A State Certified Machinist Journeyman's Card is required. (The Journeyman's Card or required diploma must be completed prior to July 2026 to be considered for an interview. If hired with no Journeyman's Card, the candidate must agree to complete the apprenticeship program.) * * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing machining or tool making (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * * Military Service equivalent in pay grade E-6 or above. Experience using precision measurement equipment.

Knowledge of machining principles, metal cutting practices, speeds and feeds, and tooling applications.

Manufacturing, repair, job shop, valve, pump, or industrial machining experience preferred.
