Must Have Skills
Knowledge of manufacturing, process engineering, production operations, or industrial systems through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and process-related data
Understanding of engineering fundamentals, process improvement methodologies, and manufacturing principles
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, operations engineering, production engineering, or related technical disciplines
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies
Experience with manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, process development, test, or production environments through internships, academic projects, or industry experience
Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES), data analysis tools, or process monitoring systems
Familiarity with CAD software, engineering analysis tools, or process simulation tools
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, or manufacturing transfer activities
Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, failure analysis, or continuous improvement techniques
